"They are the ones who forced our ancesotrs from our home, making us form the pack we are today. Aryian shall fall soon enough along with a few wolves from here." Delgnat seemed to see the battle before him, a war breaking out and giving him the perfect oppertunity to bring down Kein and take his rightful spot as Alpha of the Chicotan lands. His paws worked the ground slightly as he glared ahead at the unseen enemy. This wolf was curious for one who had heard so much about them.

Suspicions were confirmed, this canine seeked power. Meaning he was higher ranked then previously assumed, perhaps even as high as beta. Not Alpha, no. Alpha's had no reason to want power, they already had it. "Now we're getting somewhere." Ayrian. That's where he would find himself next, after gaining the trust of this canine of course. "You wish to kill the Alpha I take it?" A shot in the dark, after much analyzing and guess work about this male. This could work to his advantage, a pack that is un-stable within it's own boundaries will quickly fall in the rage of battle. A shame too, this seemed like the pack that would be victorious in the final showdown. Oh well, live and let die.

Delgnat nodded his head slowly. "Kein is too kind for his own good. Respect is not how you rule a pack. Fear is the only way to get your minions to obey and risk their lives in the times of war." He let his fears of this wolf die down for now. He seemed most interested in the pack for someone wo assumingly knew a lot about them. "My turn to ask questions. What do you want to accomplish by joining this pack? Surely you have a reason to join."

"Indeed you a right. Respect only causes others to plot against you." The grin had returned to the smile that had a shady aspect to it, and yet it could not be called a smirk. But who plays that close attention to smiles anyway? Ah great, it was show time already and he'd forgotten to practice his lines. When in doubt ad lib. "Me? Well, I have my own personal reasons for joining that I'm sure would bore you. So I'll just sum it, I want the blood of all canines to rush from the mountains and into the valleys. Most do not deserve the life that was given to them, but they do deserve to have it taken away. This seems the only pack that understands that." Throughout his entire speech, the smile remained wide on his jaws.

Eyes carefully studied the small timber in front of him. Delgnat didn't know what but something didn't feel right about this wolf but it was too late to do anything about turning him away from the pack. "Very well. Now, if you don't have anything better to do...scram."

Long black legs connected to the huge paws at the end of them stepped silently through the bushes. The claws dug into the grass and dirt with each step, creating clods of dirt under the black talons. Narrowed pink eyes scanned where she was going with great interest. Eyebrow ring jingled without a sound and light reflected from its unusual clean state.
The purely black female Chicotah wolf was dubbed Tourniquet. She doesn’t have much of remembrance of anything that had happened in her past. All the little voice in her head told her to do was to go forward and never look back. Looking forward had brought her onto a claimed land, finally.
It looked as though there was some kind of recruitment going on. Tourniquet smirked, this should be fun. Waltzing onto the scene showing her true self. Ruthless and ready to kill. Oh, yeah. That’d be very fun to do.
And she did just that. Taking steps over the boarder and waltzing onto the scene, staring at the wolf that was supposedly holding the recruitment. Not wanting to embarrass herself, she would just have to wait while watching to see what the others called him. Alpha? Beta? Lord? King? Majesty? The packs these days have certainly come up with some funny names to call the higher ranks. If Tourniquet was the alpha of such a pack, she’d punish them for using such a foolish title. Alpha and Tourniquet was fine with her.
She sat just several feet from the male holding the recruitment she guessed. Her shorter tail lay stuck out straight behind her. Not moving. Her ears were laid back, and her head was low. She had to be as respectful as possible so she can be admitted into the pack. Not doing this would mean certain death.

Delgnat turned, eyes burning into the wolfess on the ground. Blue eyes rolled in their sockets at her pose. Sure he loved to attention and stance he recived when others were cowering for their lives in front of him, but not it was just pathestic. What wolf in their right mind would accept a wolf that cowered into a bloodthirsty pack.
"Get up," he growled, lifting a paw and parting his jaws slightly. "Who are you? Why are you heere?" He didn't ask them bt demanded them like he always did. Never would he act nice to a single wolf other than maybe the Beta female.....Maybe. Tail flicked slightly.

Tourniquet’s pink eyes narrowed into slits. So, this wolf didn’t seem to take his rank seriously. She was giving him respect, something that a wolf of his high of rank would love. Maybe she had mistaken him for some mere wolf that had no rank at all! She stood and walked toward him. Her lips slowly started to curl up, but her expression didn’t change her stare at him. One more move like that and he’ll be put onto her mental list for sure.
“I see you don’t like my respective posture,” She growled lowly. “I’m called Tourniquet. And I have come to rest my bloodstained paws in a place where I can settle and call home. As well as run with the pack to kill and other good things. I assume you aren’t the alpha? Considering you didn’t appreciate my submissive and respectful posture, I doubt you are.”
She stared, waiting for what he would say next. A nice tussle would be good. She hadn’t had one in a while. With her attitude, she had no idea why, or even how that could possibly happen. Her parents used to wrestle her to the ground to the point where she couldn’t move and hardly breathe when she got smart with them. But now she was stronger, and could take on this wolf evenly.

"I don't like it. Makes you seem weak and small. Not fit to join this pack." the words were spoken in a low growl. Blue eyes narrowed and glared at this female. "I am not the Alpha. Beta. Not Alpha." Soon to be though he added silently in his mind. Delgnat kneaded the gorund with his paws. The ranks were growing quickly to him. So far he had accepcted maybe three wolves and all who seem to have a bloodfilled history. "Why do you want to be here?" Swince Benedict came he had been more catious around other tht wished to join. He seemed to....nice and clam for one who was joining a bloodthirsty pack.

Tourniquet smirked, liking the way this beta thought. She had to admit, she would’ve said the same thing. Patchetic weakling cowering before me, stand and suck it up. Or you are of no use to me nor the pack. She loved the thought. Authority over everybody in the pack, talking trash to them. Oh, yes, fun. Very fun.
“I want in because I love the taste of blood. I haven’t eaten in days. You’d be a nice meal for me. That or I’ll have you put on my list.”
One thing that you don’t want to happen to you is to be put onto her list. She remembers mentally every name on her list, and kills them when the time is right. Her father had done that, also. When she was a pup she had to sign an invisible contract with her blood. He bit her foreleg so strings of blood would drip out. She remembered her first name on her list: Her own brother. He should’ve listened to her and leave her alone when hunting. But he kept trailing behind her. Finally she ran behind him, making him stop. Then she charged into his side, breaking a few ribs. Him on his side, she aimed for his throat, killing him. It was then she reached her full badass personality.
This beta was no exception to be put onto her list. Regardless of his rank to hers. She bared her fangs at him and growled lowly again.
“Tell me, stranger, what’s you’re name?”

Lips drew back and ears went flat. How dare she bare her fangs at him! The pack did need more bloodtirsy members but this was going to far. To seem agressive to the only wolf that could let you into the pack? what was she thinking?! He lifted his ears and raised his tail, lips falling back to their original position on his maw. Fighting now would not be a wise decision.
"I am the Beta of these lands. That's all you need to know ulness you wish to join ur ranks." Words were spoken with a low growl, eyes holding a cold stare in them.

Aggravated lips curled farther and farther from her teeth as she got more agitated. Her ears were pulled back and her pink eyes narrowed. Beta, huh? Where was the alpha? Ah, well. He was being put onto her list. Until she knew his name he’d be known as “Retarded Beta”. Retarded because she had already stated that she wanted to join the ranks. Saying “a place where I can settle and call home. As well as run with the pack to kill and other good things” Wasn’t good enough for him?
“Are you deaf, you old geezer? With ears like that I’m surprised you are handling recruitment all alone. Such foolishness. If I ran a ‘bloodthirsty’ pack such as this, I’d have somebody like you killed in ten seconds flat with my own fangs. Maybe less. What wolf would dare to let you run something like this? And I’m sure you have dreams of your own to run this pack as well, hm? I wouldn’t count on it. At this rate the pack is going, it’ll be nothing but a beat up bloody pulp of nothing by the time it’s your stand. Give it up. You aren’t a pup anymore. Dreams mean nothing.”
She smirked. Allowing the beta to give her statements some thought. She knew that would hit some spot on him. Good or bad, she would love it either way.

she had hit the breaking point for him. Teeth flashed and eyes burned with rage. Tail thrashed about uncontrolably. Delgnat snarled slightly to himself before stalking around the female. His eyes never left her face as he citcled her, muscles tense. "You really have no clue who you are up against, do you! I am Delgnat of the Chicotan Lands. Wolves cower at the mention of my name. You dare poke fun at me?" He stopped at her side, paws spread out and ears flat against his head. Oh how he would love to tear her throat out right now and show her who was boss in these lands.
Delgnat leaped forward, stopping only centementers from her throat. "Tell me," he growled. "What makes you so special? I see no difference in you than in that damned Benedict."

Tourniquet laughed hysterically. She knew that would hit him on the spot and she loved his reaction. It was almost like he was going to kill her now! What a fool. If he did, he won’t know what he’s missing in his so called, “Pack”. Her intelligence and fighting style would be of good use to him. If he refuses her to join, then he’s just out of the best luck that could possibly change the pack’s future. That is, if it had one at all. Which she doubted.
Well, now she knew his name so instead of “Beta of the Chicotan Lands” on her list she can actually put down his name. The longer one would’ve been such a hassle to remember. Bravo to him blurting it out.
His fangs at her throat, she had to think fast. Which wasn’t an issue. She had been doing that the entire time. Thinking through her statements with great thought and thinking of the outcomes in lightning speed. Hardly thinking at all she howled out an answer to him. Her words were clear to him. But, he could always just clamp down his jaws on her throat if he was too stupid to understand.
“I’m not afraid to lose my life. You had the perfect opportunity there to kill me. Yet, you resisted. Even though I’m not yet a member, you still have spared my life. But I can see it still isn’t out of your paws yet. So I’ll give you a quick answer to your goddamned question so I won’t take any more precious seconds of your time.”
She strained her eyes to look at him.
“My intelligence of the land all around me is full and my fighting style is worth it. Test me on those two if you will. I love fun. I love blood. Test me on my fighting and you’ll see your own blood spilling from your own throat in a matter of seconds for the first time. A horrifying sight that will be, eh?” She laughed again, not nervous from his intensity at all. She just wanted to have some fun with him.
“I see you don’t like the Benedict. Let me into these lands and I’ll take care of him for you. And bring back his lifeless body for your own pleasure. If I’m nothing better of the wolf you seem to despise, why have him eating from the packs kills? Why have him looking at you as a member? Why have him talking to your beloved members? Why have him living a life he doesn’t deserve?”

She spoke sence in many ways. The Chicotan Beta stepped back, head raised as he thought of what use this pledge of loyalty, as much as someone could call it loyalty, could be to him. Kill Benedict for him? Hm. She could come in handy. Tail flciked as he lowered his head to protect his neck if she should choose to attack him. Sure Delgnat wanted to test her words against his skills but he ddin't want to risk his own life in the process. Even though he lost his temper at times, this Beta could think, and knew how to use his whits.
"I do not need to test your words against my own thoughts. Just by not flinching, pulling away, or yelping you have proven yourself worthy of the ranks here. Death is something not to be feared and only the strong can face it in the face without flinching." Cold blue eyes looked at the female in front of him. Togue lapped at his nose before he set his ass on the ground. thoughts went through his mind.
"ah. Before I forget. Benedict is mine when the time comes. No other wolf will kill him except me. I find you have went against these orders and I will kill you myself. This is not an ampty threat, Tourniquet." Fangs flashed slightly as if to back up his words.
