Karinek briskly trotted over the land, testing the air every once in a while. The scent of wolves had filled the air and she didn't know whether or not this was friendly territory. Her unusual coat signified a union between Aryian and Whiteback blood, giving her the misfortune of being a major target of Bloodback and Chicotah tricks. She had yet met any wolf that didn't despise her for being what she was, asides from her parents who were no longer walking in this world.
She lifted her snout and tested the air again, the scent had grown weaker, perhaps she was now near the border? Either way, she didn't feel safe in this territory or in any other. Her trot slowed to a walk, her paws just slightly trembling every time she lifted them to take another step. No, she didn't feel safe at all.

(Rouch: 'Course she is ) What was this? A strange smell had drifted into his nostrils, one that had not been there before. An outsider. Mismatched gaze searched for either of the Alpha's and found none, it seemed he'd have to deal with this on his own. Hopefully this was an outsider who was not foolish enough to talk back to a high ranking member of one of the most revered packs in all the land. Trotting at a pace which showed neither being in a rush or being able to stop and shoot the breeze, he made his way towards the smell. What met his gaze was truly the strangest site he had ever seen. Ayrian blood obviously flowed through her veins, but something tainted it. Whiteback blood. A Whiteblood and Ayrian mix? Never thought I'd seen that! His thoughts were swift and came in an instant, now what to do with this newcomer. As he saw it - two options were lain before him. One, kick her out before Breakbone came along and ripped his throat out for conversing with one who's blood was the enemies. Two, converse with her and try to figure out what the hell was going on. Quite lucky that he picked the later option. "You there." Came his voice, caudal appendage held high in dominance. "Why do you trespass over claimed territory?" His tone was not harsh, merely curious.

[*chuckles* Siblings ] The hybrid abruptly stopped and stood still, eyeing the Aryian with a false hope. Green eyes gazed over the larger wolf deciding if she should run or stay to face whatever was coming. By his spoken words, he was mostly likely part of a pack, an Aryian pack. She turned to face him, wearily watching and taking a few steps back before tucking in her tail, and lowering her ears and head, signifying a severe submissive pose. "I'm passing through, a superior like yourself needn't bother with me since I will be leaving the territory's borders soon." Despite her appearance, her soft voice was unwavering when addressing a superior. She backed away slowly while keeping her posture. Karinek didn't want to send of something that would trigger an attack, mind you she had received so many when all she did was glance at others.

Nod was given at the submissive post, atleast she knew her place in these lands, that was always a good sign. She had the looks of a Chicotah, but acted nothing like one. Where in the world was a thing like her to go? The Chicotah's would eat her alive, as would the Whitebacks, the Bloodbacks would kill her on site, and this pack was not exactly friendly towards that type of mix. As mind mulled that over, erected ears heard words pass through the air. "And where, may I ask, exactly are you to go?"
Head cocked itself, knowing of no place this seemingly outcast could go. Perhaps she could be sheltered here until Cronic could figure out what to do with her, or she decided to leave and find some place to live in peace. Why did he care so much anyway? This female had nothing at all to do with him, damn. He had been blessed with a heart for those who have done nothing but been born to parents who defied the laws of the land.

The fae lowered her head even more, fear and distrust took over. She stood plastered to the ground, a slight trembling in her legs.
"Thats not an easy decision, since..." She cut herself off. Painful memories of being bullied and beaten rolled through her mind making her quiver in fear. What could she do to stop it? It wasn't her choice to be different, so why make her the scapegoat? She locked her eyes on the male and backed away slowly. She couldn't trust anyone, ever since she was born, and she coudn't start now by any miracle.

Mismatched gaze held even with her own, within it was not hatred but seemingly sorrow. Not pity, Rouch was not one to pity. Hell, it was doubtful the male even knew what the word pity meant. Pity was an emotion those who thought they were the kings of the world held deep in their souls. Skull bobbed at her words, understanding them completely. Hard it would be to be hated by all, even living with the two-leggers seemed a better fate.
"Then why not stay here? No doubt the Alphas will understand, and if they do not I will speak with them. You've been hurt many times, haven't you?" Voice held an easy tone, as if speaking to a whelp that had just had the worst nightmare of her life. "Do not fear me," Came his voice again, still gentle, "I have no reason to harm you." As damsel continued to back away, as if he had barred is teeth and threatened to rip her to shreds, small smile played across his facade. A forced smile obviously, but a smile none-the-less.

"Y-yes... many times..." A slight waver in her voice signifying her lost trust of any being. Sad but intelligent green eyes gazed at him constantly, waiting for any signs of attack, and her legs remained stiff with the fear of past experiences with other, more agressive, wolves. She lowered her head, just halfway down to the ground, and held her tail tighter, barely brushing her belly.
Stay here? It was an odd and rare request for her, and one that she have never heard before from any other wolf. It may be a trick!, a voice spoke sharply in her head. That was true, others would say just about anything to lure her into a trap nowadays.

Gaze remained gentle, as did tone. Quite the rare thing for Rouch to do, especially to those who had really no right within their lands. Ayrian blood flowed through her true, but so did whiteback blood. Skull bobbed gently as his voice danced across the air once more, "I understand. But if you leave, then where will you go? I'm sure you know better than I, that any place you go will have you thrown out faster than ever. I do not ask you to join this pack, but simply remain a guest within it's boundaries."
At her flinching, the true pain of what she had to endure flew across the Beta's mind. Strange, Rouch had never encountered anyone so afraid of their own shadow so to speak. Now that he had, it wasn't the most pleasant thing in the world to see.

"I-I guess so. Ok." Karinek walked forward slowly, keeping her head low and her posture relatively submissive, but not as fearful as before. Dark paws padded the ground and bent over some grass as she strolled over to his side. Tail held low, she turned her head to look at him, "I'm Karinek... Nice to meet.. you." Her voice struggled to get the right words out, soe that she has hardly ever used for the past few years since her parents' deaths.

{Sorry this took so long ><; Been distracted}
Rouch nodded, happy to see that female was no longer fearful simply respectful. Always a good sign, "The pleasures all mine." Broad grin spread across his face before adding his own name, "Rouch, Beta male of the Ayrians." Caudal appendage held itself in a way that was still dominate, but not in a way that would scare anyone off. "A pleasure to have you in these lands." Gaze flitted about for an Alpha, but found none. It would be nice to get Cronic's opinion, but he had been keeping to himself lately. Ah well, Rouch was sure this would be fine. Hell - maybe he'd even be rewarded for finding a new member.

[Just a reminder, no prob]
The fae turned her head an looked out to the unknown environment infront of her, it suddenly seemed so different, it was as if she didn't even pass through them before. She moved her ears forward then back to the sides, her eyes turned to Rouch with embarassment.
"Where should I go? I don't know these lands..." Her voice wasn't stuttering but rather quiet to be sure. She still didn't appear to be trusting of anyone, but the spoken words were a drastic change from what she normally did, shy away.

Frontal paw lifted and stamped the ground in thought, were could she go? Hmm, she was new and were did all newcomers go? To meet the rest of the pack of course! And he had not thought of that before? Skull shook gently dislodging the thoughts of his stupidity slowly, before attention returned to the one dubbed Karinek. "There are a few things I should tell you first. If you are in trouble always return to either me or one of the two Alpha's. They're pretty easy to spot." Grin was barred here, "Our Lady Alpha's name is Vette, while our Lord is dubbed Cronic."
What else to add? Ah yes, "The Bloodbacks are our allies, and you will treat them as such even if you are not an official part of the pack. Any Chicotahs are either to be brought down, or reported to one of the Officials at once." That seemed to be all the important stuff, now to answer her question. "Well, you could always go out and meet the pack? For now you will be an honored guest, no rank in particular but above Omega. Welcome the Ayrian Pack, Honored Guest." He lowered his head in respect, before bringing it up to it's dominant level that it always seemed to hold.
