[Her reaction plays into the developing plot of the board. She and Cronic just had an unnerving conversation with Breakbone concerning the increasing disturbances and skirmishes started by the Chicotah and Whitebacks... It's really nothing personal. But I thought I had explained that in the post... i.e.: "Hackles raised, she eyed the newcomer, feeling a twinge of regret for coming off this resistant to new wolves--she normally wasn't--but her recent conversation with Breakbone had her guard up." Things aren't so simple anymore and I seriously doubt any Aryian would be happy to accomodate a Chicotah or Whiteback deserter--ever. I know I was absent for a while, but I'm trying to regain control over who gets accepted into Aryia... and stuff. Anyway...]

(( Yeah, i understand that posting in character is never personal. It's just the way the characters choose to react. I think i would react like Vette aswell after having a conference about the war getting the better of them, and then finding a higher ranking wolf and a subordinate romping around with a newcomer who hasnt been accepted yet O.o It will all work out in the end and they'll be back to playing happy families XD
But you're right randomness! It's not going to be very easy for any breed associated with Aryia's enemies to just waltz in a find a home straight off. It'll take time.))

Crip looked playfully at Delta Lilah, a smile on his face. These wolves were definately friends. Foes, never. Always friend. He wagged his tail, a bit of dust whirling an swirling through the sky that was shaken from the grass. Clumps of grasses swayed slightly because the breeze of his tail. Her pawed exhuastedly up at Karinek's muzzle, ending with an oof as she landed on him, he smiled happily. But then he looked up at Karinek leaped off him.
Then Delta Lilah seemed joyful, and happy, while her tail was meerly a flush of playful tricolors, shaking dust about and causing them to stir in the wind, simmering proudly. Who did they think they were!? PARTICLES!? He chuckled at his joke to himself, and leaped up carefully, with a happy smile on his jowls. But no, Alpha Vette did not bare a happy greeting. He barked carefully, but he was respecting. "Now, Alpha Vette ... I apologise but--" He looked down. "Well, she didn't except me. What she says is true ..." He sighed.
"Aye, I know what you're thinking. A Chicotah doesn't belong here ..." He said quietly. Then he store her right in the eye, with out looking up. "But I swear, I have a heart. I'm no black hole, my fur doesn't reflect my heart." He grumbled slightly, angered, dissapointed, and sad. His family was now slowly being dragged from him. No more nuisance. "My name is Crip, and I simply want a family." "Family." He reapted, loud and clear.
