Apache had wandered into this teritory on her search for a wolf pack to join. She had heard this was the best place to go for it was plentiful and lush. She walked cautiously and at the same time seeking another presence. She needed to be accepted into this pack so her life could fully start in a place she was settled and with friends. She hoped this would be the place.
Still treading cautiously Apache stepped over to a small type of watering hole to take a quick drink her throat had dried and she had been walking for a while now. Drinking to quench her thirst and thus move on to find somebody she lapped the cool liquid quickly with ears all the while twitching to listen incase she would be caught off guard.
The scents of all the wolves round her misted the air and she knew it would not be long until a member of this pack would be upon her.

Lilah always had a knack for finding newcomers to greet and even while she was resting with injuries, it appeared she still had that knack. The Delta was actually participating in a shameful activity and something quite unusual for the joyful soul. She was sulking. Both Alphess Vette and beta Rouch had snapped at her these past few days and although she shouldn't, she couldn't help but take it personal. She was a sensitive wolfess and so had chosen this cosy spot under a lower hanging tree beside the small collection of water. Her ribs still ached, even after being attended to properly by a healer and it was taking longer than expected to get well again.
It probably didn't help that the Delta continued to want to dash around like a pup. But now all she needed to do was stand on shakey paws to yip in a friendly manner over at this new wolfess wandering into Aryian territory. "Hello there," her tail swept back and forth behind her from the opposite side of the water than the other female, "Are you new in Aryia? Do you seek acceptance?"

Apache turned her head sharply at the yip that grabbed at her attention. She spotted the earthy toned wolfess near the lower hanging tree and smiled at her question. She padded over and stoode at a respectful distance.
"Yes I am new i have wandered for a while now seeking these lands I would very much like to be accepted into this pack." she spoke softly and politely "my name is Apache"
The wolfess before her seemed freindly enough and she also held an heir of rank. Apache thought it proper to give a slight bow of her head. At least if this wolfess wasn't of rank she was still respectful that is was her territory. Apache studied the femmes body language she seemed as though she was not in perfect health and she hoped she had not interrupted the rest a recovering wolf needed.
"I hope i have not interrupted you?" she said lightly Apache's voice was all sweetness and gentility. Her pelt colours would suggest a firey nature but not at all she was quite the opposite.

Lilah's ears and tail rose along with the corners of her lips as the femme came to attention at the Delta's voice. She had to admit it was lovely to see a new face that was polite and did not cower at first sight of another wolf. "Ah, this is wonderful news," Lilah sat back down with a slow caution before nodding back respectfully at the female's bowed head, "I am Delta Lilah, and I humbley welcome you to the lands of Aryia. Although I cannot accept you formally into my pack, I can escort you to the Alphas or Beta who can."
Lilah smiled happily. Yes, newcomers always lifted her spirit. It was so rewarding to see her family growing in such troubled times. This new red-pelted Apache would make a loyal addition. "Oh no, not at all," Lilah quickly responded, "I was just resting; one chore I hate to do I admit without second thought!" She chuckled at her own words but they soon died down with a soft grimace as the movement it caused in her ribs sent a shot of pain through her body. "I was kicked by a stag while hunting a few days ago," she explained with a sigh, but smiled anyway, "Unfortunately I can only rest to make this injury go away. But enougb of me, come. You must be weary. Have you travelled far? Would you like me to call you a higher ranked Aryian? To be honest I don't feel like walking."

Apache allready liked this wolfess. She was so happy and friendly with all ease and manners. Apache Smiled and padded forwards to sit near to the Delta but still at a respectful distance. "I am very pleased to make your aquaintance Lady Lilah" She got comfortable and listened to her as she told of how she gained her injuries. "Oh that must have hurt Stags can have a fatal kick i am glad you are not too badly wounded."
Apache smiled at being welcomed also it was nice that a strange wolf should be welcomed without a massive interogation. "I would really like if you could call a higher being so that i might be accepted i dearly wish to belong to a pack. I have been alone for a long time the company of others is my medicin. I was born an only wolf to my parents and i was born without a father. He died before i was born, my mother and i went round as thick as thieves we were. Sadly in her older years a harsh winter took hold of her lungs and we were parted before the spring. It was then i thought to myself that i needed to settle in one place find a mate and enjoy the company of others once again."
Apache explained of her past partly to tell Lilah of where she had come from but also to show that there was no evil in her past

Lilah grinned a silly grin as she was called 'Lady'. Any title always made her feel a little goofy as she knew she was far from acting like a calm and collected adult most of the time. "Yes. I'm tougher than I look I suppose," Lilah chuckled remembering the stag's sharp kick, grateful to the fact that she was still standing, "Well, we got the devil in the end, and I made sure I got a good bite out of that leg." She snorted and piped down, leaving her childish tauntings to the deceased stag to simmer down as Apache spoke of her past and reasons for venturing into Aryia.
"I see. It sounds as if your past has not been an easy one Apache. I am sorry for your loss," she bowed her head softly, but the somber mood never lasted long around the Delta, "So you wish to settle down here? Ooo, perhaps I can play cupid for you?" She cackled a little mischieviously, tail wagging at the concept but her energy soon died down as the dull pain of her injury began nagging at her once more.
"I shall call for aid from a higher ranking packmate for you then Apache," she gave a curt nod with her signature beaming smile before raising her maw to the sky dappled with snowy clouds. A long melodic howl swept through the air, riding the breeze's back in search of the ears of the Beta or Alphas.

Apache smiled towards the Delta femme. She had allready grown to like this female it wasn't exactly hard to get on Apache's good side but none-the-less this wolfess had. At the others sombre-ness towards her loss she shook her head "no no it's ok i have well come to live with it now and i know my mother and father are watching over me whereever i go."
with that out of the way her serious face turned to that of a smile when Lilah suggested she played cupid. "Ah yes surely do introduce me to your friends. I admit i have long been in search of a mate." she said with a gentle voice a little embarrassed but not too much that would make her blush.
"Maybe you could tell me a little of the pack i have heard some things but not too much..what are the rankings like and am i right in thinking that only the Alphas have pups in this pack??"

Chocolate coated ears perked at the sound of a howl, Lilah's to be exact. The last time he had spoken to her was when she had brought the Chicotah to the lands, and that really wasn't speaking but scolding. 'If this is another Chicotah, I might not be able to stand it. We can only let so many of the enemy into this pack.' And so with a sigh he trotted off in the direction the howl had come from, almost certain that that god awful smell of the Chicotah would reach his nostrils long before anything else. But it seemed luck was on his side, for the smell never came. "Thank the Lord." Came his muttered words as he continued trotting onwards until the smell of beloved Delta and a new female crossed into his nostrils. At least Lilah had been smart enough to call him to her rather then go in search of a higher ranking canine.
Coming upon the pair he placed his rump down (For standing in front of new comers always reminded him of someone who loves flaunting their rank.). Rouch's chest was puffed, and held a dominate air - but only as far as ranking required and no more. "I trust this is one who seeks acceptance?" Turning attention to the fiery female he nodded in greeting, "I am Beta Rouch, tell me new comer - why should we accept you into our home? What makes you different then any other wolf passing by who would seek entrance into the greatest pack of all the land?" Sure he made it seem that the pack was cocky, but in truth they did indeed have the greatest pack of all the land. Not even the Bloodbacks had land as rich and fertile with life as the Ayrian Forest - and Rouch was damn proud of it being his home!

Lilah felt a feminine bubble begin to rise in her chest, causing her to giggle softly as Apache admitted to wanting to find a mate. Choclate and creamed tail swayed behind her in thought of all the males she could introduce to the newcomer. "I am not sure about the pup business. I think you will have to ask the Alphas on their approval of that, when the time comes around," Lilah's tail began to wag faster, the thought of children frollicing through her home definately a thing to put her in a joyful mood all day.
Even if Rouch turned up. Usually, he would be the one to put her in a such a cheerful mood, but shamefully she still felt a little distant from him ever since she had convinced him to allow Ruskin, the wolf of Chicotah blood, to live in Aryian lands. Still, she yipped softly to his entrance and pawed at his side affetionately as he plopped down with the two females. "Yes. This is Apache," Lilah nodded and looked to the new wolfess, she too curious as to how the firey pelted one would answer Rouch's interogation.

Apache suddenly felt a little nervous as the Beta male approached. She recognised his authority straight away. She bowed her head as Lilah intorduced her by name. It was then that the questions poured from the Beta's mouth. With both of them watching her she felt like a rabbit caught in a wolf's gaze.
Gently she spoke up "sir i have heard great things of the pack lands by my late mother and father and it was their wish as much as mine that i should come here and try to make a life for myself. Settle down and form alliances with friends. I have been alone for a while now and have longed seeked company. My families life was one of solitude and with my parents passing i decided it was time I made some friends and settled in a place where i would be part of a great pack and also proud to be so. "
after her little speech she felt suddenly selfish in her explanation and reasons for joining. "I think i could make myself a useful addition I'm not the best fighter but i could be put to other uses" She added not sure how the Beta was going to recieve her after waffling so much. She was desparate to call this place home and build on her early friendship with Lilah.
