I was on this random RP (don't even remember it, but I could find it if you want) that had this interesting character glossary-type forum (divided into three subforums by alphabet) where you had a post for your character, including their basic info, pictures, things that have happened on the website with them, who they've met, and such. It seemed quite helpful, actually, to keep track of everything your character has done if you're extremely forgetful like me
