{Not letting me log into Beni}
Benedict had layed low for quite sometime, after the last meeting with Beta he really didn't want to have to meet him again. This Kein had apparently made his return, and it was time to gain his power in the pack. So far he had not met the acclaimed Alpha, but he was growing curious to what could make the Fool hate him so much. "I guess I'll just have to find out." He voiced this aloud, but was not worried about being overheard. The area he had placed himself in was empty, but now it was time to go find the acclaimed Alpha - or one of his followers. Stupidly, he had not been paying attention to the going ons of the last couple of days. This meant he had no clue in hell who was on who's side, but Kein would straighten that out for him. Any foe of the Fool's was a friend of his.
Strolling with a strut that could be described as cocky, golden gaze was ever alert for one who held himself as an Alpha. Even his followers would hold themselves that way, as they sided with the Alpha and were far more intelligent then those who sided with the Fool. A treacherous part of his mind - the part he listened to most - whispered, And what if the Alpha is a bigger fool? You'll have screwed up big time m'friend. The thought caused a smirk to light up his facial area, though he did not state his reply to the voice aloud. He was growing closer to the more populated area of the Chicotah woods, and there was no way in hell he was going to let some wandering fool listen to his plan. If all went well, the pack would crumble - and he wouldn't have to do jack squat except urge on what was already happening!
Quite a wonder that Benedict had managed to come to pack that was already shake in hierarchy before he arrived. He'd have to thank plain luck for that, as he wouldn't even have to go the Ayrians with a plee to bring down these fools. Realizing he had reached his destination mere feet from the heart of the woodlands, his rump planted itself to the ground. All he had left to do was to wait for Kein to come around, then he would make his decision. Help kill the Fool, or just sit and wait for the Fool to kill Kein - then go to the Ayrians and kill the Fool. A damn fine plan, if he did say so himself.

The day was hot and meek with violence while the aged alpha wondered his area in search of some kind of problem he'd have to fix today, but that was before catching the sight of one he hadn't meet before. The scent on him told that he had meet Delgnat before; giving Kein the motive to be weary around him. No one in these lands he can trust, anymore, at least not without introducing himself and getting the full gift of what he's getting himself into.
Cranium held high; caudal same length, wagging, behind, dominate bastard found his way behind the other while an, 'ahem' would escape jowls before cranium canted slightly to the side while a deviant smirk crossed jowls, like many times before, "You're new. Has.. Delgnat made you apart of this pack?" curiosity and humor mixed with his vocals before nostrils flared in this 'nes scent more while cranium straighted forward again; keeping the deviant smirk. Failing to mention he was even the very Wolf he was looking for.
Even as the newcomer would reply, crimson optics would scan him up and down; all over until the entire appearance of the beast was registered along with his movements and how he spoke; everything..

Treacherous wolf had not been on the prowl, so when he was snuck up behind skull simply tossed itself. There would be not berating for not paying attention, for he really hadn't been worried about being killed right here and now. His movements were sluggish, which would probably aggravate whomever placed himself behind Benedict. Finally coming to face Lord Alpha, invisible brow cocked. The expression on his face could be read by a whelp 'What the hell do you want?' Golden gaze held a flurry of emotions, most unreadable but the few he allowed out weren't very inviting. Sizing up the Alpha, he noted the way he held himself. Hmm, I'd say at least Delta rank. Perhaps Alpha, the way he speaks of The Fool. Slowly an innocent smile filled with something that was not innocence dawned across his face.
"Indeed he has M'lord, though I don't think he was all to happy about it," The tone that held his voice was one of respect, a little whit held as Kein's exact position was unknown, besides that it was high. For now he'd restrain himself from calling Delgnat his proper name, but only for so long. Canines like Benedict have an awful time holding their tongue when it's not life or death. Hell - hadn't he called The Fool what he was to his face? Eh, Benedict couldn't remember - didn't really care actually. His jaw opened and he heard himself say in that same sweet respectful tone, "Is there any particular reason you'd like to know?" Skull cocked curiously, making him look more like a confused whelp then a treacherous smart mouth. Benedict was starting to get annoyed with himself, he hated suck ups. And he was starting to sound an awful lot like one.
If this wasn't the Alpha - he'd excuse himself, and continue on his search. He really didn't feel like dealing with those who pledged themselves to a Fool that would drive them to insanity. An amused look almost caught his face, but it was held back just in time. The respectful look and not-so-innocent smile remained untouched - which was a relief for Beni. No way he'd want this canine to think he amused him, quite the opposite really. Lord looked rather boring, if that was all he said to newcomers. 'Did the fool let you in? He did? Okay, bye.' If that happened, Beni would be rather ticked. Oh well - Live and let die.

-When it came to introductions, Kein never just simply asked who brought them in, then leave. That wouldn't get even the smartest individual enough info on who the newcomer was, but, so far, this one seemed to hold some form of respect, giving Kein the incentive that it was to early in the game to place judgment.
Kein then laughed slightly at the answer the stranger had asked him to the reasoning for his question while rump sat itself down upon the mother earth while a nod and smirk was given, "I've yet to introduce myself. My apologies, but I'm Kein, Alpha of this pack and it's my duty to know who all resides within it, don't you agree?"cranium canted while crimson optics sparked with the strange glow of finding one who obviously didn't seem to enjoy Delgnat's company, "As for him being happy about it..Hes never happy. Have you been here long? Oh and, what is your name?"
Cranium turned about to gaze at the area around him as if looking for something/someone listening in on anything they were conversing about. Kein was always the observer type, and it didn't look like it was going to change for any reason.

Golden gaze at once lit with amusement as the old Alpha gave his name and position, so he had met Kein without even trying! The amusement faded into that false sense of respect - Kein was far easier to manipulate then the Fool. A curse or a blessing - only time would tell. For now, the look of respect returned and skull bowed itself in a polite manner. If Delgnat came along at that moment, he'd probably be in complete shock. The beast who had mouthed off at every word that Beta stated, was now bowing his head in respect to Lord Alpha. Just goes to show what acting lessons can do. It was pretty easy to see why The Fool wished to bring Lord down, from the looks of it he had been in power for a long while. And a while longer if Benedict had anything to say about it - or at least until the pack fell.
"Forgive me Alpha Kein - I had not a clue that you were who you were. The Fo - Beta had said nothing about your appearance or your name for that matter." A lie, but lies make the world go 'round eh? "Indeed, that's what makes a pack strong M'lord." Benedict allowed bemused expression to cross his facade - one of the rare moments that what he was actually feeling danced across that blank canvas many called his face, "A week or two at the most I'd have to say, I am Benedict. At the moment, a lowly subordinate who has fallen out of favor with Beta." The sight that was given off afterward was clearly false, anyone with eyes or ear for that matter could tell that. He made no attempt to make it realistic - though he supposed he could have if he really wanted to. The point it is - it was meant to sound false.
Best to drop little hints that he and Delgnat were on horrible terms, and best to hold his tongue for now. Until Kein trusted him - Benedict would act like a good little wolfy, dropping hints that he highly preferred Alpha over Beta. Which was the truth in all actuality, at least the Alpha was old. That meant he had wisdom beyond that of the Fool who would lead a thriving pack to destruction - knocking it from it's pedestal in full force. That was Beni's job, and he'd be damned to hell if he let someone else do it for him!

-There was something about this wolf that Kein couldn't exactly put his paw on, but he did notice Benedict didn't like his Beta for some unbeknown-st reason, but that just made the ordeal better.
Smirking, Kein nodded once more while caudal {Tail} wagged back and forth seeing at he just might have found another to be on his side, but he needed to find out more about this stranger before deciding what he's going to use him for. Cranium canting, optics neglected to take away from Benedict's', "Glad to have meet you, Benedict." grin would grow with both amusement and deviant nature, "But, what is your specialties? What exactly did 'my' Beta allow you to join for?" Kein was hoping for another warrior.. to at least be on his side. Perhaps someone skillful in coxing people to be on Kein's side, and not Delgnat, from who he was all to well sure about him causing the destruction of his beloved pack.

The question of why Fool had permitted him within Chicotah brought a smile to his lips, Kein surly already knew of the inner war that was brewing. In truth - Delgnat really hadn't wanted Benedict to join. He wanted to kill him on the spot, but both sides were tight for warriors. And so Benedict had become a Chicotah without any thought to his strengths, or weaknesses for that matter. "I could lie, but I've always been told it's bad Karma to lie to an Alpha. The Fool" He no longer bothered calling him Delgnat, "Simply wanted more wolves for his side. I suppose that back-fired on him as he is by far the stupidest canine I have ever met in my life." A grin replaced the amused smile - though it held no humor in it, "As for my strengths, I'm an excellent spy. And if you haven't noticed, I'm not half bad at the art of speaking."
Caudal appendage moved this way and that in a hypnotizing movement as he allowed Alpha to chew that over, "If you don't mind my askin' - how many people do you have on your side?" Time to cut the know-nothing charade and get some real answers.

-Ah the amusement of all that; seeing as how this one didn't have any high respects for the bastard, Delgnat while it was all shown with a cackle and a larger grin.
What was he going to do about this? Kein that is. Would he allow this one to be upon his side; becoming his own personal spy, and could he trust him not to turn on him and end up spying for all the wrong reason? Perhaps it was all a game. Those with spy skills usually know all the right tricks of manipulation. Perhaps, if Delgnat is banished, he'll use that manipulation to cause it all to backfire on Kein and cause his utter destruction anyways. Kein couldn't exactly know all this as fact without proof, so he knew he shouldn't jump to that conclusion. Kein never jumped to conclusions.
Having a spy around wouldn't be such a bad idea, and you do have a skill at talking. He'd watch at Benedict has just swayed back and forth while brow quirked for a split second, only to fade away to blind back into that deviant amusement, As for how many is on my side, at the current moment all I know of is two. Sereniss and Jave. Wouldn't mind having help with recruiting others, though. I'm still working on it, but allot never liked me to begin with.

The news of how many had graced Kein side made a look of disgust cross his face - surly even that Senka chick was smarter then to side with the idiot! Ugh, that's what he got for putting faith in the intelligence of others. Alright, alright. It wasn't that big a problem, Beta had just gotten a head start. Things mulled over in his mind, while eyes locked themselves upon Kein's. They were the eyes that said 'You can trust me,' though just beneath that was something strange. Something that only a mind reader could guess - and it was hardly possible any creature at any point in time would be granted that little gift. "That's it eh?" The displeasure in his voice was obvious, though the sadistic grin had returned. "Do you have any that might be on your side? Some that could be ... swayed - with the right words?" A bold question, but they needed a bigger force then two dames, a traitor, and an Alpha.
"I can be whatever you want me to be - I'm a tool for you to use to destroy the Fool." The statement brought an invisible shudder down his spine - but it had to be said. Later, when Beta was dead, he would remind Kein that he was no ones pawn. For now though - He'd play the part and be a good little follower. Life's a bitch, but you learn to live with it. Though, The Fool never did, the thought brought the grin back to its full glory ... quite a disturbing sight really.

-Kein could be just as Manipulative as the next, if he wanted to be. In fact, this entire time he was manipulating others in believing he was a weak sappy fool would could be easily over thrown by anyone, but he was more then that. He actually stopped to think about things; something that seemed to become rarer and rarer within the Chioctah pack.
"I've noticed that there are more out there that detest Delgnat and are slowly, but surely, loosing their patients with him. You could always use those expertise of yours and find out who they are. " Deviant smirk grew over jowls while brows arrowed, "You know.. if you was to ever kill Delgnat, it'd automatically make you the Beta Male." Winking at Benedict, rump would lift and fores would stretch before him; cranium shaking while standing stance came back into play with that Dominant out look, "Besides.." appendages carried him around Benedict to stand at his side so that jowls were right next to the blokes audits, "Only the strong survive.."
Kein found a snickering laugh emerge from his larynx while he wondered somewhat father behind the brute only to turn and sit back down to await what Benedict had to say.

Golden gaze remained locked on the Alpha's own - still witholding any emotion that would not work to his advantage. For now he'd be a pawn, simply because he didn't want Delgnat bringing down a pack he himself was working so hard to demolish. But, canines change. Only Benedict really knew what was going on in that strange mind of his, and he'd protect his knowledge with his life. No way in hell even Lord Alpha would learn his true plans, and worse yet, true identity. He listened attentively to Kein's speech, even smirking at the prospect of becoming Beta male. It was about time someone took over the fool's place, but would he remain his lowly subordinate self until then? Sure, it'd be less suspected if he held a low rank - but he wouldn't be able to force information out of the fool's warriors.
And so he spoke his mind aloud, "And until then? Are you really going to keep me at the position The Fool assigned?" Skull cocked curiously as warm breath reached his ear, and words poured in. The smirk that had bloomed on his face grew wider and he replied as curtly as ever, "I guess Delgnat has no chance in hell of surviving then m'lord." A gleam of light flitted in his eyes, as plans over-turned in his skull. To turn Delgnat's lackey's against him would be the ultimate defense, but many thought Kein was old and weak. To turn their minds around and realize that Delgnat was not only weak but stupid would have to be his goal - or at least getting to the newcomers before him. Though, it might be better if Kein did that. To see who they were fighting for and not just a lackey that followed orders.

-Ah, the tension that seemed to build up in the area while they sat and chatted about the bringing down of the only true traitor Kein knew at that very moment. Delgnat. Kein knew he could never trust to keep his position forever. He knew that one day someone would come along and take it, but he just didn't want it to be Delgnat, and like he said before, even if Delgnat manages to take it, he's going to have to fight for it.
"Well.. I'll give you a choice. Warrior, or Spy, for now. Perhaps, even in time, your rank will gradually climate until then." winking once more, this old Alpha's jowls parted into a yawn while rump lifted from the soilage only to turn his physique away from his new partner, but still keeping his optics on him, "Anything else you're going to have to fight for." and with that he parted from Benedict to be on his way, possibly to find someone else he could recruit.

As the Alpha mulled over his thoughts, Benedict ruminated over thoughts of his own. Would he be a double agent? No, he couldn't stand taking orders from the fool - even if they were not to be carried out. Besides, being a double agent was dangerous work in the same damned pack. Far to easy to figure out your position, no way in hell was he going to go on a suicide mission like that. Perhaps simply spying would work out better, for he always had been good at sneaking around. Deciding that would be better then surrendering into death, he awaited for the Alpha to speak once more. Wish and you shall receive, the moment his thoughts came to a halt Kein opened his mouth and began to speak of positions.
Perfect, just how he wanted him to respond. "Alright M'lord, I'll take Spy." Grin danced across his features at the Alpha's parting words. Calling after Kein like a wife might call to a husband who was just about to leave for work he replied, "Oh I sure as hell will."
