Ooc:// Mainly for me and Random [END OOC]
Rosy pink eyes examined the land that was set before him. It was beautiful, not like that mattered to Lethal though. Close-growing trees littered the land, making it hard for large creatures to get into. Yet, Lethal was a WhiteBack, a smaller breed of wolf. He pushed past the trees, only occasionally having to squeeze through them. Whitened ears detected even the slightest noises as they were raised. A wet, black nose caught the scents that drifted tirelessly through the air. Eyes light pink in hue picked out the any movements upon the land, whether it is an unmoving squirrel or a camouflaged canine such as himself. A pelt of ashen gray tones hid him well; the only thing that gave him away were his pink eyes, white ears, and that splotch of white moving down form the base of his neck to his powerful shoulders. Altogether, he was a striking WhiteBack wolf.
Swift movements sent him through the forest quickly, is long legs also helping do the job. With each step he was propelled forward. Silently, he moved, his eyes checking his surroundings for any other wolves. Lethal had been ambushed before while simply walking through a patch of woodlands; it hadn’t been very pleasant, for him or the other wolf. Little escaped him, despite his movements. "Stupid birds,” he growled as a small group flew from the bushes, startling him. He snapped at a pair of the rats with wings as more flew by. Damn, they are annoying,” he thought. Lethal quickened his pace as soon as the sounds of a river met his pale ears. It took less than a minute for him to find it, for his ears canine ears could easily pick up its gurgling. A rumble from his stomach reminded him of his hunger. It was a small, shallow river, with slow moving water.
Lethal dipped his ash hued head forward, allowing a pink tongue to lap up the cool river. The flashing of fish scales caught the eye of the hungry WhiteBack. Hmmm, fish was that appetizing, but it was the only thing in plain sight. The bi-colored wolf stood as still as he could in the shallows. The mushy silt from the river felt good against the torn pads on the feet of Lethal. Lazily, a fish swam by. Lethal’s claws flashed towards the fish, but he missed. ”Damn it!” he growled; he didn’t have the patience for this kind of hunting. But still he tried again, and still, he failed again. This was starting to piss the WhiteBack off. But still, he waited, constantly reminded of his hunger as pangs continued to come. It took a while before he finally got his jaws around a fish. Head raised, he sloshed through the water to the banks and began tearing the scales off the fish so he could get the meat.
