This isn't anything recent, but recent... problems with it have really brought it to my attention, and now I need all of you to read this.
1. When you are first interested in a main, plotline character, before anything you ask me about their personality, and then you can try out for it.
2. Do not try out simply because the character looks cool. Their design may first catch your attention, but think of the personality that could go along with them. They're drawn the way they are for a reason.
3. When you post your post in a try out, you better put all you're worth into it. You better make that post as if you were actually playing them, not just something to barely get by and pass.
4. When you are approved of the character - that character will be your MAIN character. You will put all other roleplays aside for it. If you see it a must, then delete anotehr character to make room for the main one.
5. There will be times when the main character cannot be roleplayed. If that is the case, then try to involve it in someone else's RP.
6. Once you are approved of it, immediately go make it's Bio, and then post where you should. Don't wait.
7. Some main characters will eventually die. All characters do.
8. Do not EVER give me a shitty excuse to give up a main character. I've been way too laid back with that. You keep that character or you get the hell off my forum.
9. If you own a main character, try your best not to be inactive. If you are for a good reason, then it's fine.
10. Be as involved with anything and everything that character can possibly be in. Start moving my plot along.
11. Just because you have a main character does not mean you may take the plot wherever you want. You ask ME and ME only to change something or do something dramatic.
